Better together

One connection.
More places to see it.

A host gathers readings from your equipment. A satellite shows that same system in another room.

The host

Connects to your inverter and compatible equipment through their monitoring connections.

The satellite

Connects to the host over your network. Keep a view in the living room, kitchen or another room.

A few things before you choose.

Which screen should be the host?

Either one. Both screen sizes and both Raspberry Pi options can be the host or a satellite. Choose where you want the larger view, and place the host near the equipment connection. Satellites need a powered, connected host to show its readings.

Will Sunstead work with my equipment?

Sunstead supports SunGoldPower, ECO-WORTHY and Renogy equipment through supported monitoring protocols, with automatic detection. Compatibility depends on the device’s protocol and connection. Explore supported devices and protocols.

What does “Raspberry Pi” mean?

It’s the small computer inside Sunstead that runs the software. Choose Raspberry Pi 4 or Raspberry Pi 5 for each device, including different versions within the same set.
